Join The Root’s inclusive and supportive community of practitioners. Our back office space is perfect for therapists, coaches, lactation consultants, midwives, doulas, bodyworkers or anyone that needs a quiet private space to see clients.
Renters will have access to free plentiful parking and a space that is close to midtown, downtown and both freeways. Clients will have access to a bathroom, waiting area and practitioners can utilize our hot/cold water in the front office.

Our private back office space rents for $30/hr with a required 30 minute minimum buffer between bookings (15 on each end) 10% discount for more than 4 hours booked
If you would like to book the office for a whole day each month (i.e. every Thursday) then our monthly fee is $125/day per month.
2 days a week per month is $225 ($25 Discount)
3 days a week per month $325 ($50 Discount)
