Membership Terms and Conditions

We are so excited that you are considering becoming a member of The Root!

Members get all access at the best price, plus special discounts to our partner classes and other pop up special offerings.

Terms and Conditions of Membership Agreement

These are the same terms that you click “accept” to in our scheduling software when signing up.

Memberships require a minimum 3-Month commitment.

Membership will auto-renew on the same date as your date of purchase every month.

ALL membership cancellations require a minimum 2-week written notice.

You can do this by filling out THIS FORM or emailing admin@sacroot.com.

Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances.

A credit/debit card must be used for the first month’s payment.  Memberships can’t be set up without information. The Root may terminate a membership at any time. A $25 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds, late payments, and returned checks. 

The Root retains the right to auto-draft member’s dues on the credit card given at the time of sign up should the member’s bank account have insufficient funds and/or charge member for insufficient funds penalties charged to The Root due to member insufficient funds and/or returned checks at the time of bank auto-draft.

Members may put membership on hold for 6 weeks the month that their baby is born. This option must be requested by email at admin@sacroot.com.  (But you may decide you want a postpartum or breastfeeding support call that month or to join our pumping class or navigating new motherhood series and weekly support group and keep membership active)

Unlimited Fitness and Movement Classes include all yoga and fitness offerings.  This membership option also includes (1) educational offering as well as discounts on additional offerings each month.  These offerings include one group Educational Class or Private or 30 minute coaching call with Kellie - On topics like Childbirth, Breastfeeding, Postpartum Recovery, Caring for Baby & more. Birth Story Medicine sessions are also included as one of these offerings.  Discount on additional offerings is 25% off.
