Strength & Conditioning Fitness Series
These 1-hour classes take place at 9am on 4 consecutive Saturdays.
Series 1: 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12
Series 2: 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16
Cost Per Series: $80
In this 4-session group training series, you will learn to utilize breath work to awaken and stabilize your core canister, and how to maintain this stability throughout high intensity exercise. We will focus on training with intention specific to the needs of each mama. The goal of the class is to strengthen and train your body to move in effective and functional movement patterns that transfer into your daily life.
This class is taught by Tawny Linehan, Birthfit Coach and Certified Level 1 Crossfit Trainer. Tawny Linehan has a passion for supporting mamas through the motherhood transition. After a healthy and supported pregnancy she struggled in the postpartum period as the realities of parenthood unfolded. After finding the support she needed from the community, she decided to make it her mission to educate families as much as possible about the parenthood transition. Her Strength and Conditioning Fitness Classes provides a holistic approach to training physically and emotionally for this season of life.
